Need threaded ABS nut printed from STL file.

The ABS nut on the back of my GPS broke and I need a new one. The nut ID is 0.8", OD is 1.2", and height is just under 0.5". Thread is a slightly oversized 15/16"-12 (12 threads per inch).

I have uploaded a model to Thingverse at http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:149440

Bounding Box: 1.2" w x 1.2" d x 0.5" h (3.0cm w x 3.0cm d x 1.2cm h)
Vol: 0.214in³ (3.51 cm³)

I'm located in New England (in the US).

It might be worth 3d printing in Nylon - it'll be much stronger. ABS might be ok.

I was worried about how flexible nylon would be (Shapeways markets their nylon prints as "strong and flexible"). Do nylon threaded parks work?

Nylon 618 is very strong and many people have had success with nylon threaded parts. It's possible to make it flexible if you print very thin layers, but print it thick enough and it's rock solid.
Nylon 645 is tested with a sledge hammer here: http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=vcgGQNqrTSI
