Need Gus Simpson Parts Quote (USA, Tennessee)

I was needing a quote on all the printed parts for the Gus Simpson design. I might have a local option but thought I would check out my other ones as well. I am located in NorthEast TN in the USA. Zip code is 37616. Only difference is ABS would be preferred.

Sorry. Since I posted this I aquired a davinci 1.0 from a friend needing some cash and am planning my next one already. Thanks for the response.
