What would it cost to have someone design/print a 3d printable version of the inner workings of the fork clamp of this bike rack:

I'll get pics of the part itself once I have it apart, but as far as I can tell, they are cylinders that are threaded on the inside to meet up with a tightening wheel in the middle. The problem is that they've stripped out, so they no longer clamp the bicycle's fork, keeping it steady as the car is traveling down the road.
Thule doesn't manufacture this carrier anymore, and this break is common. The threads need to be able to take some abuse, as they're bearing the weight of the clamp, which is holding the bike steady in winds.
