I started a build log for my machine here: [multi-bot.blogspot.com]

The design is primarily 80/20 extrusion for the chassis and Igus linear slides for x, y and z axis.

Neat! What kind of spindle do you think you'll use with it? A dremel type?

What do your costs look like?

Also, would you like to write it up in the wiki?

I'll be using a home made spindle using a brushless R/C motor and ER type collet. Speed control for the spindle will be handled by a R/C brushless speed controller that uses PWM signal from Arduino.

Total cost should be roughly no more than $1500 USD.

I'll definitely do a write up! A full tutorial will also be on Instructables when I'm finished.
