Can I scale up a .stl but maintaining holes size?

Hi there,
Basically, what the title says.

I'm building a Wilson II, but the default files are for a 200x300x200 mm machine and I want to build it for a 300x300x300 mm.

So, for example, this file:

It contains holes for a 2020 frame, holes for M10 smooth rods, a NEMA 17 motor, the endstop, and a lot of screws.
And of course, if I scale that file for a 300x300 bed, all that stuff I mentioned doesn't fit anymore.

I have Blender and Meshmixer installed, and no, I'm not an expert in 3D modeling, pretty noob actually.

Thanks!
EAX

Woah guys, I'm such an idiot, those files doesn't need to be resized, the only thing I need to resize is the heated bed frame.
Sorry for the trouble!

Thanks.
