MGN12C vs MGN12H

I am building my own cartesian (235mm x 235mm x 235mm) printer for personal use. I designed some parts around MGN12C carriages because they are slighty more compact, but it seems everyone is using MGN12H carriages. Is there any reason not to use 12C carriages? Would I run into any problems with 12C carriages?

I don't see problems with the C version, I think there are simply more H versions offered by the sellers, why they are used more often.

I see more problems when you buy carriage and rails separately, as Hiwin and non-Hiwin have different rail profiles and the ball diameters are different also. I had my pitfalls....

Thanks. I already ordered some sets of rails with carriages (MGN12C).
