First post here, be gentle...

Trying to print a large object on my Atom printer, I got these awful shifts.

Any idea what it could be? I can't print for 7 hours each time to debug this... Thought it would be nice to enjoy someone's experience with similar problems.

I think a belt or pulley is slipping. tighten all the grub screws on the pulleys. One of those per pulley should ride on a flat on the shaft, also.

I had the same (or similar) Problem:
Did you correctly set stepper driver current? - might be missing steps on one driver, when stepper driver gets hot...
