Hey ya'll!

Some of you might have already been following the progress of the deltaprintr on the google group forums. A lasercut version deltaprintr that is aimed to be affordable and produce high quality prints. Well, we just released the first teaser trailer of it! [www.youtube.com]

If you want to help us lower the cost of the printer, please consider sharing!

Just curious, That colored I'm guessing Polycarbonate bed. Is that for show or buildable? How well will that standup? Looks cool.

The bed is orange acrylic 1/4" thick. It works very well for PLA and we have done several prints on it already without any issues.

We were at Maker Faire NYC 2 weeks ago and it was a blast getting to meet a bunch of interesting people and talking to them about our project. Here are some pictures!
