I am slowly building a Kossel Mini and I'm looking for dual 623 v rollers (or something similar or another option?). Anyone know where I can get them for less than $7.95/a piece? The extrusions I'm using are from OpenBeam.

Try looking at these:

They are $3.85 a piece however they use 625 bearings. I believe they will work just fine though.

I also find that the rails make more noise than the wheels. To be honest you won't hear the rails above the sound of the steppercontrollers and motors but still.

I sell a complete kit to convert to wheels. It includes the v-rollers, bearings, nuts & bolts and the printed parts you need (3 u-shaped carriages). That's all you need. If you can print your own and have the bolts then yes, you only need v-rollers. Here's a link to the kit: [www.builda3dprinter.eu]

That's exactly where to kit is for. It converts your machine from a railed version to a wheeled version. So if you don't have, want or need rails then this is the kit for you.
