Hi all, I recently finished a MakerLibre Kossel Mini and love it. I really like the Delta platform. I was thinking of building the Mini 1.5x. I am wondering if 2020 extrusion 900mm will be strong enough. I have also seen it in 2040. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Have a search in here for a thread called A larger slice of Pi this is a large version of Andy's superb Cherry Pi Delta but uses 20x40 extrusion for the towers and 20x20 for the horizontals.

I ordered parts for 1000mm and plan on using 2020. I think with some reinforcements on the brackets and maybe some cross bracing with cheap L stock that will work fine. However 2040 is not that much more expensive my European supplier just didn't have 2040.
