Kossel Mini Flat but tilted

I've been having trouble getting my bed leveled via auto-level G29 by johann's Marlin both previous and the latest release. Prints are fairly flat but the bed is severely tilted.

The error I'm having at points compared to the center near the
left front X tower is higher by about 0.1mm (higher)
right front Y tower is about the same as the center
rear middle Z tower by -0.2mm (lower)

I also tried Rich Cattel's and braddo99's auto-calibrate. Although they produce smaller errors, they still show the same discrepancy.

I've been at it for days and I need some help.

I found out the trouble.

It all started when I changed my endstops to a smaller micro switch (like those used for mouse clickers). They are not accurate at all.

I reinstalled the regular SS-5's and things are back to normal.
