Rostock bed size problem?!

Hey,

My Rostock is now ready. Everything Done. Now it goes to the calibration Autoleveling with servo probe is mounted and working.
Hardware see signature
Software: repetier host / repetier firmware 0.92 / Current Config at attach

My Rostock always goes beyond the heater bed edge. I am now trying for hours with all possible values, have everything measured several times and entered into the firmware. Unfortunately, without success.

Is the EEPROM overriding the firmware settings? Wouldn't be the first time with Repetier.....

I dont have EEPROM activated. I have already uploaded the firmware 3x again.I clean the cage with M502 but no improvement
