Rostock dual extruder moving problem

Dear all,

I have made a rostock with dual heads and extruders.


When I used only one head, no problem.

But, after I switched from one head to another using , T0 or T1 and then moved the effector, it didl not move correctly. It just moved up and up and did not stop.

Please watch the video at the link : Video . At about 14sec, the active extruder is switched from T0 to T1. and then similar command, G1 x20 y20 command is issued.
The Effector should move horizontally. But, it moves up and up.

Then, I used Pronterface software to control the printer, I switched from T0 to T1. Then, issued G1 x30, y30, The effector moved up and up and did not stop.
Then, I added G28 after switching to T1. After homing, Then, the movement is correct. But, it is not practical to run G28 after switching to another extruder every time.


Does any of you have any idea about this wrong behavior? and the solution?
