Manual tuning Sensor for my K800

Recently I changed limit sensor to Sharp opto sentor GP1A05A.

And I really worried that I have to level again. It's hard and terribly boring.


So I made simple sensor(or switch).

All you need is just battery, pcb, clip, resistor and wire.

wire it.

you can use plastic plate and kitchen aluminum foil instead of pcb.

Clip nozzle and lay pcb just under nozzle .

Slowly down nozzle until LED is ON.

My pcb's thickness is 1.6mm. So I can check nozzle's exact height easily.
