How should I fix these gaps?

This is the area where the extruder moves from one side to the other and from that I'm getting theses gaps(what I think it is). Anyone have an idea? The rest of the walls are perfect. Just this side.

On the top layer of the flat surface I can still see the layer before it, i.e, there are gaps between the lines. That means you're not extruding enough material. I think you still need to fine-tune your e-steps.

I think you are having an issue with retraction speed and/or length. Try turning off retraction on layer change to see if that helps.
You can change min travel after retraction to a larger number like 15 to test

You should read this thread it is very similar.
