Followup for completeness ... the reported (one week ago) 0.4mm error comes from XY angle error (about 0.2deg) of my K8200 3D printer.

Mmm. Well I found mine difficult to calibrate. I'm building a delta printer and I would say its basically on the same level, but it has the extra step of calibrating steps/mm.
