Config trouble

Hello,

I finally mounted my Kossel XL.
The thing is, it never remembers the config and returns back to what the stock marlin was, but at the same time everything is ok when I connect it to the pronterface.
So... If I copy and paste the M665, save with M500 and home the printer, it works, but if I disconnect from pronterface it goes back to the other config.
The EEPROM and Marlin have the same config, so I don't know what more to do, probably is the version of Marlin itself?.

I don't know if I explained well...

In another way:

1. I turn ON the printer
2. Print a 25x25x25 test cube and prints a 19x19x25 cube. ( the same as the first time I did a testprint without calibrating M665 )
3. Connect printer to Pronterface
4. copy and paste M665 (mine it's M665 L280.53 R178.50 S160.00)
5. M500 to save.
6. Homing the printer
7. Print the cube again without disconnecting via SD or Pronterface. Now prints well. (still not perfect but because it's not 100% calibrated)
8. Disconnect from Pronterface.
9. Try to print the cube again. It 19x19x25

Any idea?

I'm literally stuck with the printer right now...

At least if someone knows a stable marlin, I'll appreciate it.

If you open the marlin config in the arduino sdk, after committing changes, do they show up there?

is the eeprom setting unchecked in your firmware.

I don't really understand what you mean ncshooter426,
If I do any change on the command line in pronterface and save with M500 it's saves it correctly and remembers it after I disconnect and reconnect.
The problem is M665, it's like the printer doesn't load the parameter, but at the same time it's correct when it loads con Pronter... M666 works fine.
