Can anyone help me identify this mystery mini Delta?

I was looking around at mini Delta's last night and came across this image. Looks really interesting and a great project. Only thing I could find was that it might have started here at reprap. Looks to use the 28BYJ-48 stepper motors. Can anyone help me with identifying this? Thanks in advance.

Awesome! Thanks. Just finished reading the thread. Sorry to see it not go to completion, sure seemed like an awesome concept and printer. Might have to give it a try.........
