blocking and jamming problem when hot end on

Hi all, I have a Delta mini, mega+ramps 1.4 but I have a big problem, my delta is well calibrated but when I turn on the hot end the motors start to make micromovements and lot of noise.If I launch any kind of movement like "g28" , it fails, motors start blocking and jamming. If I turn off the hot end the situation returns perfect .. i do not understand, could it be a ground problem? Or burned ramps? Or arduin gone?

Check the wires to your heater cartridge. Ensure that they are not touching each other, or the metal heat block.
