I have latest Marlin 1.1.3 I enabeled
delta Calibration wit fixed Z probe. I run G33 P7, everything goes well
M500, but the Bed is not leveled if I check it manually, about a millimetre
or so in the center from the corners
Am I doing something wrong or ?

First, when I manually leveled the Bed was Delta Radius 161,42 and I manually adjusted x,y,z endsops
The bed was leveled to a certain degree.
When I run G33 Delta Radius is around 164 and Bed is not leveled.

With your manual calibration:

c:+0.00 ... center is at zero
x:-0.06 y:+0.23 z:+0.92 ... Z-tower is 1mm higher
yz:+0.98 zx:-0.40 xy:+0.35 ... point opposite the X-tower is also 1mm higher

This is not "leveled to a certain degree" but completely off

after G33

c:+0.00 ... center is at 0
x:+0.15 y:+0.05 z:+0.15 towers are a bit higher
yz:-0.05 zx:-0.07 xy:-0.09 points opposite the towers are a bit lower

What do you mean the bed is not levelled? Still much better then the manual starting point.

But you still have a big std.dev. and rather important angular corrections; that indicates something is wrong in your build and/or probe...

run a M48 X Y S in the center, at the towers and opposite the towers to test the probe repeatability at different locations (enable Z_MIN_PROBE_REPEATABILITY_TEST in Configuration.h) and check your frame (perpendicular towers to the bed; equidistant triangles,...)

By not leveled I mean when I print Bed is Convex so edges are lower than the center
so extrusion on the edges is higher than in the center.
