I want to build a Delta 1 meter height with ramps 1.4 and Mega 2560, but I do not know which software to use, could they help me?

Hello everyone ... very pleased, I wonder if anyone could share the settings for a Delta printer, 1000mm high and 300 ~ 400mm at the base. I will use ramps1.4 and Mega 2560 with LCD 12864 and Nema 23 engines of 10kgf with gt2 straps. My structure will be 25mm thick MDF ... I've been researching about which to use, whether the Marlin or Repetier still know very little, actually almost nothing. It has been a very, very big challenge for me, but I humbly resort to specialists. If you know or can indicate link, blogs, or even other forums with the information. Any criticism, suggestion are welcome, thank you very much.

I would choose Marlin, but with the 12864 LCD and Delta kinematics, the CPU will have a lot of work. You can only print slow with an 8bit controller.
If you really want to print big parts, it will take a long time, very long with 8bit CPU.

At least you should use a LCD2004 instead of the 12864 graphic LCD ( less CPU power required )

About your firmware settings: You have to build the printer first, then take some measurement to calibrate the printer.

Are you sure, the drivers on RAMPS are strong enough to drive the NEMA23 motors? What is the maximum amperage for the NEMA23?

I would prefer Marlin, but you should use a smoothie board for a delta of this scale. [smoothieware.org]

About the motors, if they're under 2 amps you can drive them with a DRV8825, but if they draw more currant you would have to use an external drivers which are hard to use with Marlin.
If you haven't bought the motors yet I would use these ones: [www.amazon.com]
