These are the feet from Home Depot : $ 2.47 [www.homedepot.com]
These are the screws to attach the Robotdigg carriages to the bearing blocks From Ebay : M3 x 10mm socket cap head screws. [www.ebay.com]
I thread the 2 holes on each tower but the distance between the center of the holes is 20mm and the legs are 23mm diameter. You can fit 2 only if you trim them off.

Thanks for the info on the feet and screws. I mean't the other hole in the bottom plate next to where the feet are attached. I included it so you could put a screw (foot not needed on that one) and it would ensure the tower isn't rotated about the vertical axis in any way and help with a more accurate build.

I got it now. I thought it is for a second feet on each tower.

I used 8 core 22 AWG cable from Smart Effector to Duet
The wires for Heater Cartridge are 18 awg .
Is 18 gauge wire enough to carry the 2A current ? Should i crimp two conductors of the 8-core 22 AWG cable into each of the hot end heater pins ?
Thank you

According to [www.engineeringtoolbox.com] that's all OK.

Thank you David for responding so quickly.
I have a 2 wire PT 100 installed.
From duet3d.dozuki.com : (You can use a 4-wire PT100 connection from the Effector back to the Duet even if you are using a 2-pin PT100 sensor with a 2-pin connector.)
I connect 4 wire on the 8 -way white Molex KK connector and the other end straight to Daughter Board ( MAX Temp V 1.1 ).
Should I remove the bridges from RTD1 to keep the 4 wire configuration or is better to run just 2 wire and connect them to Daughter Board using the center two pins ?
Please check the attachments.
Thank you

Thank you David.
Z Probe wiring.
From pin 5,6,8 on Smart Effector I have 3 wires straight to Duet, based on duer3d. Dozuki instructions.
On Miscsolutions.wordpress.com there is no wire connect to pin # 7.
Should I leave pin # 7 unconnected ?
Witch way I should wire the Z Probe ?
Thank you.

Pin 7 should be connected to the MOD pin of the Duet Z probe connector, as listed in the table at [duet3d.dozuki.com].

Hi David,
Could you please help me
with homing.
Got a homing error,
after completing the
motor direction test
for each axis.
I have pushed the home
all in the web interface.
Thank you,
Alex

You will need to be more precise then that. What goes wrong when you try to home the printer?

Your delta radius doesn't seem right. It's the distance that spans between the centers of the balls on your rods when the printer is homed. All the carriages would be at the top and the effector centered. The distance measured by the green line in this pic.

Also on your probe, if you're using a nozzle probe, you don't need the Y offset.
In your endstop config, set Z to Probe

I'd drop the probe radius to 50 or 100, just probe the central part of the bed to start.

Np, are your steps per mm correct? Looks like 1.8 degree motors with 20 tooth GT2 pulleys?

If you've got the 17HM19-2004S steppers that you posted earlier, those are the same I have. They're 0.9 degree steppers. Your steps per mm are off.

160 steps per mm for 20 tooth pulleys on the motors or,
200 steps per mm for 16 tooth pulleys

Edit: Show us the machine too smiling smiley

Thank you FA-MAS.
The steper motors are 17HM19-2004S and I have 16 tooth GT2 6mm wide pulleys.
I'm using the Nimble extruder with 14HS11-1004S motor.
The printer is 1m total height with Hayden 360.27mm arms, 330mm bed diameter, 300mm printable, 480mm build height at edges and 540mm at centre.
24V power supply , 110VAC 350W silicone heater bed,
PT100 Daughterboard , E3D V6 Hotend.
I'm working now on the bed to install the heater and the thermistor.
Thank you so much for your help

Hey, I made something that might be useful in calibrating. It's a caliper mount that you attach to your vertical extrusion. It will allow you to use the jaws of the caliper to measure the travel of the particular tower's carriage you've mounted it on.

STL attached.

I'll be using it to test the motors individually as in here to ensure I have the belts tightened enough to provide the correct amount of movement.

Use the Semitec 104-GT2 preset.

I actually am going to be mounting mine the same way, did you have any issues drilling the holes for it?
