I'm using Repetier (latest version)
HE3d K200 Printer

So, when I move the Nozzle over to the X tower, all is well
When I move it to the Z tower, all is well
When I move it to the Y tower, all is not well

The effector plate is leaning about 10 degrees towards that tower.

I don't see any strange settings on just the Y axis in the eeprom settings.

Any ideas?

This is a symptom of a geometrical error in your printer construction. See [duet3d.dozuki.com].
