FLSUN mini kossel rebuild question

Good evening everyone.

I've got a FLSUN mini kossel that I had working pretty well. Last summer I took it to a buddies place and then back home. Unfortunately the poor thing was left in the car overnight. It being summer the inside of the car was hotter than some of the pieces liked.
Needless to say not all of the parts are true anymore.

I've got another printer (printrbot simple metal) so I printed new plastic using thing:2690859. I figured since I was going to tear it apart I'd upgrade the electronics and power supply while I'm at it so I've got a new 32bit controller all ready to go in.

I started the teardown and reassembly tonight. It seems my printer isn't printing accurate sized parts. The interior of the corner pieces where the vertical 2020 extrusion goes is measuring at 19.5mm or there about.

My question is what are my options? Off the top of my head I've come up with
  1. scale up and print new parts
  2. sand or file the openings
  3. force them in with a hammer

Anyone have any wisdom or advice to share?
I'm excited to see it working again.

IMO the small parts will never be exactly right and will always be a nuisance when you need to work on the printer or cause dimensional inaccuracies in the frame . I'd choose to reprint them to the correct size.
