Kossel Rod length question

I want to check the length of the rods on my Kossel linear plus. What is an acceptable tolerance for these?

How accurately can you measure the length of each arm or the difference between each arm?

I have a machine shop at my disposal and can set up to measure to .001" or .025mm

I think Hayden sells rods that are within 0.03mm of each other. The set he sold me are within 0.01. I also made my own rods with a jig like this one [www.thingiverse.com] I doubt they were better than 0.1mm but the printer worked fine. My printer came with two rods 2mm longer than the rest. It took me over a year to notice it. Higher precision is always better but for general purpose (IMO) if you can get all the rods to slide into a jig like above, it'll work fine.
