Hi,
what are the downsides (if any) to the 9 (or more) arms on a delta printer akin to what the big WASP printers use?
And this is dome to eliminate effector tilt, correct?

... with 6 arms you normally have enough stability ... more are used mostly for additional (mainly tilting) axes ... or if the head ist too long/high, so it wouldn't be stable when moving fast ...

Sure 6 is enough but would more eliminate or reduce effector til during high accelerations?

... depends on used material, arm-lengths and specific buildup ...
