Hi Guys,

I have got a linear stepper motor for Paste Extrusion. It's the same one used on the chocedge.

Here is a link.

I can't get it weird and working properly on a Melzi Controller Board. I have a feeling I am wiring it wrongly.

Can someone help me out?

Here is information on the Melzi board.

How do you have it wired up?
What have you tried?
Have you checked the motor leads with an ohmmeter to verify the connectivity and resistance of the coils?

... every coil has a yellow and a red wire - you have to find the right pairs ... the simplest methode is to turn the axe and connect and separate a yellow and red wire -- if you need a higher force with connected ends, than this is a coil winking smiley

When driving the motor and it turns in the wrong direction, you can simply swap the wires of a coil to reverse it ...
