Hi,
I build the Gen7 Board-AVR 1.5 and mosfet IRLB 8743 is not available at Reichelt Elektronics, but I found the IRLU 8743 with nearly the same values.
Can I use the mosfet as repalcement?

The IRLU 8743 looks good to me.
