I am using the Gen7 board for a cnc router and I was wondering if you need the mosfets for the heated tip+bed if your not going to be using them

You can leave them out... or use then to turn on dust extracters/blowers. or cutting fluid, or even a light

Ie they are quite useful to have. (may need relays with some of the above egs... as are only low voltage/current)
