Hello All,
I am working on printing some SLA parts with a high filler content. Due to the high amount of filler, it is improbable to post-cure via UV chamber. As a result, the green body remains quite soft. Would it be possible to use a hybrid chemistry, that allows for consolidation of the geometry via UV and then a post or "dark" cure via thermal treatment to polymerize the epoxy? I believe that Somos and 3D Systems have used hybrid chemistry like this in the past, but I have no idea where to start in terms of formulation.
Any thoughts and ideas would be appreciated.
Cheers!
