Flexible PLA / Soft PLA

Hello,
I have done a few searches on this forum but not found any reference to "flexible PLA" or "soft PLA" which I believe are descriptions of the same thing - a flavour of PLA which has a rubbery texture and which lends itself to printing things such as tyres, belts, robotic tank type tracks.
Can anybody offer any advice on printing with this filament - as sold by GRRF (soft PLA) and Ultimaker (flexible PLA) and does anybody have any experiences of using it which they can document here?
Thank you,
Alan

You have to print it SLOW. I use 15mm/s.
