I tried building a RepRap Morgan. After some time trying to build it with spare parts i had laying around, the arms are moving fine if I input increments using printrun but the printer halts when I try to home X or Y or all axis. Z axis works fine in both movement and homing. I am using hall effect modules as endstops. I have no idea what I am doing wrong because this is my first printer and I am not able to find the source of the problem.
When i either home X or Y or home all, the arms don't even budge a bit and the printer stops giving the printer halted error in printrun. If I individually home the Z axis, it is done succesfully. I have rechecked the connections multiple times. I have used m119 to see if the endstop logic is wrong but they are open when not near the magnets.
