romscraj.com - fraud?

Hello. Sorry if I write in wrong forum. But i do not know right place to do it.

1/09/2012 i paid in romscraj.com store for Prusa Mendel printer.
Three times i wrote messages to store owner, about my order. And not received any response.
I try to call on romscraj phone number +65 66599705.
And girl on other side do not known what is "romscraj store".


Anybody knows anything about this store? How i can contact with seller?

we seemed to be getting lost mails from russia/ukraine. we are trying to find out what happened to the lost mails. may be due to smtp timeout on our web server if you used our web form to contact us. for those who tried to get to us and could not reach us, you can write an email to romscraj@orangeknob.com and I will personally respond to your request or enquiry.

for those who tried to call in to our number (+65 66599705), my colleagues may have misheard your question as they may not have understood your accent. in that case, it would be better to put an email to romscraj@orangeknob.com.

and of course we are real. we have shipped a few hundred kits to many folks all over the place. hope you guys enjoy the coffee and the building.

note for russians who want by 3D printer:
Не используйте DHL. Сама доставка очень дорогая, так с вас еще таможенный сбор сдерут(с меня хотели получить 10000 рублей).
Не набирайте посылку более 10 кг. По сути лучше всего покупать только принтер и 1кг пластика. Остальное лучше покупайте в России. Иначе достака выйдет в кругленькую сумму даже без DHL.

Добавлю:
с принтером электронника которая шла - полное говно.
оплавленные контакты, не смытый флюс, глюки. есть ощущение, что FTDI чип уже меняли. Подозрение, что глючащую материнку возвращали производителю и он менял FTDI. Но видимо это не помогло - прошивка виснет и греет движки даже в простое.
Как итог - паяю сейчас свою материнку.
Не пишу этого по английски, т.к. не хочу ругаться с производителем. Даже несмотря на херовую электроннику - я очень благодарен, что мне все таки выслали принтер. Большинство производителей в Россию не шлют. А материнку и заменить можно.
Все остальное в порядке.

Since May 29th, 2013 I still received nothing.
It would be can be time to think of another solution.

I remind that I ordered on March 03rd,2013 and that on July 24th, 2013 I still have nothing which works...
