Cura - problems printing

Hello Romscraj,

Thanks for the quick delivery - I got the portabee, assembled it and i'm now trying to print.

I've got a problem with printing with Cura. I load an image into Cura and select Prepare Print. Once the image is ready i click print. It connects to the printer and i can move the on all axis using the jog feature. I then select print and wait. I can see the temperature increasing to the required settings. The progress bar does not move unless i click pause/resume but nothing happens.

I have even changed the scale of the print model to 0.1 so that it is only trying to print a very small object.(236 lines in total), but it does not start to print.

Any ideas why it doesn't start printing.

Hi Plennon,

it sounds like you are having problems connecting to your reprap.
Under preferences choose the com port and the baudrate for your reprap.

For your portabee i think the baud rate is 250000.
try it again if not use print run it is easier to connect and control your prints with it.

p.s
i do not work for romscraj.

Regards
