Here is my first attempt with Portabee. Comments on how to make it better are welcome ...

First impression is you're printing too hot and too fast for such a small object.

My guess is your using Cura so you might want to try reducing packing density ( less filament/ material)
Try a sample print of 0.5 mm thin wall and make sure the printed walls are indeed 0.5 mm

or just increase the filament diameter in cura,increase by 0.05 and when gaps start to appear,reduce the diameter by 0.01 until u get the best layer. installing a fan will greatly help,if u dont have a small fan,u could simply use usb fan (this will decrease the bulk weight at the extruder)

This is my favorite object to calibrate with, prints in mins and will make your machine extremely accurate smiling smiley
