Is there a c# method to read the temperatures of a RepRap extruder and bed?

RepRap controllers talk G-code, just like CNC machines.

Thank you very much Traumflug, I know that but how do you ask for the temperatures? I am guessing from your answer that it is a specific Gcode command?

There's a wiki page describing all G-code commands. Obviously, Google didn't find it for you, so here it is: [reprap.org] Watch out for M105.
