Idea Lab one is printer that was developed between July 2012 up to July 2013.
Specifications:
Printing area 200mm x150mm x150mm WDH
Print PLA and ABS (1.75mm)
Heated table
The head assembly compatible with jhead
Electronics hidden inside the printer.
Direct Drive Extruder.
External dimensions 410mm x 300m x 356mm
There was couple of prints made already with succes.
The printer was in the assumption that the elements must be able to be printed and the rest of you can get in a small town or on the web.
Frame Printer is designed with 3mm Dibond material. It can be ordered in most of the companies that make advertising signs.
Printer table moves in the Z axis and is heated
I have question is anybody interested to get beta files of development?
I'm waiting for emails at jacek(@)idea-lab3d.eu

Hi crazylynx,

Looks like a nice printer and I like your goal: Printed parts and easy to obtain vitamins.
But the dibond is a bit tricky. Maybe it is easy to get, but is not so easy to cut to correct size.

Looking at the pictures I think it is a makerbot replicator style printer.
Or is it a ultimaker / tantillus style printer?

Looking forward to the manual.

It have closer to makerbot than ultimaker. I,ve choosed Dibond becouse most of outdor logos and advertisments are made of this so almost every advertisment agency can make it. I'm updated a manual first 4 steps are made, tommorow i will add rest of manual. But now everyone can see how it will look. Maybe in next cople days I will design a Plywood frame. Tommorow I will add a final frame drawings

I just had a look at your manual. It is a very good start, keep up the good work. If the rest of the manual will be the same you will have an exelent manual.

I think I will make one. Although I also consider a tantillus variant.
When I make one I will probably use 4 mm MDF as I have a piece of the correct size.

I think I will run a Indiegogo campaign with full DIY sets for 630$ with printed manual. And there will be possibility to buy dibond frame for about 90$
Manual in full version will be available today
