Darwin priting tweaks

Ello!

Hope the weather's as sweet with you guys as it is here...

I'm starting to get involved in tweaking Darwin's printing to get a better
output. Adrian's already solved most of this, but we've still got a few
issues which we're working on now.

I've listed these issues on the Things To Be Done page under Printing
Tweaks (http://www.reprap.org/bin/view/Main/DarwinTodo). If the other
printers out there have similar issues or solutions it'd be great to see
some spreadsheet edits!
