Hi All!
I have a Power supply (3-12V and 1A), is it enough for 2 NEMA17 stepper motors?
NEAM17 Parameters - 5V and 1A
i would use these motors for plotter
please help!

yes you can use but at 0.25- 0.4 amps per motor.... a better supply would be 2 amps

Hi!
I would use these two motors to build a wall plotter, so in this situation (if i move a pencil and dammil), this power supply would be enough?
- Power supply (3-12V and 1A)
- NEAM17 Parameters - 5V and 1A

Been there done that .. It will work for this.. I built the same thing using a 6v 1 amp supply using unipolar nema 17 motors.

it's sounds good, but there is a mistake in NEMA17 parameters, this is the correct:
NEMA17 Parameters: 5V and
1,2A
with this parameters is also good?
