Filament with the lowest fusion temperature

Dear all,

I am currently working on an application where I print some PLA components. During the printing, it is necessary to insert some components which have an high temperature dependency. I ask for suggestions, because I am searching a manufacturer whose PLA filament has the lowest fusion temperature.

Regards,
Antonio.

You could try Polycaprolactone (PCL). It melts in hot water. It may be hard to find in filament form, but it is available many places as pellets, and not too hard to make your own filament. The process is described on the wiki here: Polycaprolactone.
