They ought to - the transient heating as the higher melting point material is
laid on is unacompnied by any force, so even if the low-T stuff melts a bit
again it should be all right as long as it's quite stiff and pasty when molten.

I was wondering because you mentioned something about how we can't print out
Darwin without support material.

Ah! So you mean use differential melting to remove the support. Yes - that
should work. Though cleaning the remaining 'smear' off might be difficult.
