5V Pin Output only when printing-ReArm w/ RAMPS???

Wassup Wassup! I'm developing a filament runout sensor/encoder/totalizer and would like to activate only when print is running. I know that there is a print timer running during a print but, is it possible to code a pin to trigger 5VDC when the print timer is running? Currently using Rearm with Ramps 1.4 and Marlin 2.0 Bugfix (works awesome BTW). Thanks in advance for ANY advice.

... you can insert a G-Code "M42 Pxx S255" (for pin "xx") as first line into your file ... and clear the pin at the end with "M42 Pxx S0" ...
