... for binding the image permanently to the post (so it won't vanish with removed external link) do it better so:
- attach the image to the post
- set it inline
- start preview
- view the image in a second tab
- copy the link
- and replace the 'inline'-link with an image-tag, where you paste the link of the attached image ...
