As mentioned in an earlier thread, I've done some work to interface a new hotend to the TechZone Huxley. My original hotend broke fairly fast, the threads in the PTFE block didn't last very long.
Based on DeuxVis' work, I've designed a
replacement tip clamp that should hold a J-Head hotend, and uploaded it to Thingiverse.

If you're doing this, you may also be interested in
running Sprinter firmware on Monotronics to get rid of the tip controller and use a thermistor and heater resistor instead of the thermocouple and nichrome wire.
