Got troubles with my Huxley He3d hot end

After the assemble I have found that the temp of the hot end just keep rising up until the thermistor burnt out even I have set the temperature at 50cc, it detects the hot end temp just keep rising when the main power is on.
I have checked the cables, and both the resistor and the thermistor but none of them are short circuit. So I changed a different thermistor of 50k ohm and test it again, this time the hot end keep its temp at around 100cc and does not change even I give any heat up command.
So now I have no idea what's going wrong, is it about the main board? Thank you for your time.

I have suffered this too. The heater came on when power was applied and nothing would turn it off. The thermistor was measuring the temperature OK so it wasn't a wiring problem. Eventually it turned itself off but I've no idea why which is quite worrying as I suspect it will happen again one day.
