Last night I spent some time getting ReplicatorG to work with my Huxley. Here is where you can get it:

It will not work unless you use the correct machine setting. It comes with quite a few already setup, but I could not get it to work with any of them, so I had to hack an xml file to work with the Huxley. I have attached the file that I have used. To make it easier on myself, I removed all the xml files in the Machines directory other than the reprap.xml and simulator.xml files.
I still have to test gcode generation, and I suspect that there may be some problems with that based off of the comments that I have seen elsewhere.
I have ReplicatorG running on Mac OS-X 10.6.7, and the attached xml file would go into the ReplicatorG/machines/ folder.
