Where should I document my Huxley build ?
May 19, 2011 11:32AM
I have just received my techzone Huxley kit, and I think I will document my build process, with the idea of helping other people build their own later.

I will write my report in french and english.

My question is, where should I publish that ? I'm not decided on the format, whether a blog or plain html writeup, I don't really care, but I'd like to place it somewhere it will be easy to locate for people it could help.

Also, if this sounds useless because many people already did it, just let me know smiling smiley

Thank for reading.

The wiki is best:

You can do a stand-alone page like this:
http://reprap.org/wiki/LaserCut_Mendel_Assembly_For_Complete_Beginners

That stuff is easy to remix into more formal documentation.

Also, join the reprap-dev mailing list, since you are probably a developer.

Remember, you're all RepRap developers (once you've joined the super-secret developer mailing list), and the wiki, RepRap.org, [reprap.org] is for everyone and everything! grinning smiley

Wiki sounds fine, thanks Sebastien.
I started the page, feel free to help me make it better : [reprap.org]

I am actually a developer - that's what they say on my paycheck - but not sure I'm a reprap developer yet smiling smiley

Although a quick browse of the mailing list archives reveal some interesting content, I'm not sure about joining yet. What does the mailing list media offer that the forums doesn't have ?
