According to the wiki this is the version to follow, but there are no builds of it for windows.
Who knows how to do this?

Hi, I'm planning on doing a Windows build today, and I'll try to write up a guide and a MSVC project file and stuff.

I don't see the current Windows build. I just managed to get it compiled on Ubuntu and love the new features. I would like to have the current version for my windows box also.

Thanks,

Nick

This is what I was able to find out from Tim:

"The Repsnapper Windows build is in a bit of flux. We were in the
process of transitioning from an MSVC-based build infrastructure to
MinGW, when mmeeks offered to port the codebase to GTK2 and get us
building under the OpenSuse Build Service (which will also produce
Windows builds). So right now, there's not a good solution for
building on Windows. This is a temporary situation, though I can't
say for exactly how long."
