Where is the current development happenning?

Does anybody know the details regarding where the current RepSnapper development is going on? There seems to be quite a bit of chaos around this software, and documentation is sparse, so I'm resorting to having a look at the source code to see what's what.

I have found at least three groups working on the code.

[gitorious.org] Seems to be very active, but I've never heard of these guys.

[github.com] Everything seems to point here, but the bug tracking is stale

[github.com] Seems to have a different tree structure than the others. Possibly a subset of the code, or just incomplete?

[svn.kulitorum.com] This one is old, but I know that he's recently produced a new beta for Windows from the GIT repo (timschmidt?)

If you look at the commit history for the gitorious and the timschmidt github repos they appear to be mirrors of eachother as an fyi (can anyone confirm they are for sure?). You'll notice the owner if the gitorious repo (GilesBathgate) also has commented on the 'official' github repo (and contributes to openscad). He's working on something called RapCAD, which appears to have an ultimate goal of being a combination of OpenSCAD and Repsnapper.
