speed issues with ramps 1.4

Finally have everything set up and seemingly working with my 1.4ramps. However when running the ReplicatorG or Proterface software the machine runs glacially slow. I can move the x,y or z azis any distance I choose ...and it runs smooth but once i load the gcode the machine barely moves. I've tried tweeking the available commands but nothing seems to happen. Any ideas ??

Your speed values (F#) are way too low!

What do you have set in the Speed tab?
And what factors are you using for first layer, etcetera?

And EVEN MORE IMPORTANT you don't have any E values.

You MUST TURN DIMENSION ON!

And you need a Replace.csv file to get rid of the M101, M103, and other unused gcodes.
